New Security Challenges Summit 9/24/13

Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis headlined a Symposium September 24, 2013 at the UMass Lowell Inn & Conference Center launching the University's Center for Terrorism and Security Studies. It included a panel discussion with leading law-enforcement officials, including Nicholas Rasmussen, deputy director of the National Counterterrorism Center; Vincent Lisi, special agent in charge, FBI Boston Division; Roger Cressey, a UMass Lowell graduate and former National Security Council deputy for counterterrorism; and Andrea Cabral, Massachusetts secretary of public safety.
